Wood Shoppe 4/2/13 honors the late Steve Brodsky
The folks at Wood Shoppe are doing something a little different for their April 2nd event. In memory of local manager, promoter and music exec, Steve Brodsky, they’ll be devoting the night to him. The lineup for the night includes Atlanta’s Ponderosa, LA’s Pageants, and Seatraffic, who are from right here in San Francisco. Wood Shoppe will also be accepting donations in Brodsky’s memory to the National Children’s Leukemia Foundation, per his family’s request. Wood Shoppe celebrates one year of free local music on 2/5/13
Wood Shoppe, Brick and Mortar’s free monthly music series dedicated to exposing locals to emerging Bay Area artists, is celebrating its one-year anniversary with a party on Tuesday, February 5th. Dream pop duo Painted Palms (who will release their forthcoming 7” Carousel on March 5th) are headlining, with support from YALLS and Doom Bird, as well as a very special guest that is to be announced.
