Influenced by some of the more adventurous members of the modern indie folk scene, Warbler's music confidently conveys warm waves of wide-eyed beauty. The Oakland-based four-piece uses a diverse sonic palette full of acoustic and electric guitars, electronic effect pads, banjo, tribal drums, organ and bright vocal harmonies on its self-titled album, striking a fine balance between traditional songcraft and tasteful experimentation.
