Starcrash crash-lands at DNA Lounge on Thursday
This week, a new monthly party gets started at DNA Lounge. Inspired by cult sci-fi films of yore, Starcrash promises to be "a ritzy, glitzy affair bringing campy, over-the-top futuristic glamour to one of SF’s most beloved night clubs." Spotlighting the local synth-pop community, of which there is still a small-but-mighty stronghold here in the Bay, Starcrash is by local musicians (Remi X. Device of Vice Reine and April Gee of Containher), for local musicians and local music allies. Starcrash takes place every third Thursday. Giveaway: Vice Reine at Balanced BreakFEST 2018
Starting September 20, Balanced BreakFEST is pulling together the best and brightest of San Francisco music for a three-day festival covering the Mission District.
