Hitting the stage first, light-footed, smooth soul sensation Lee Fields delivered feel-good, uplighting energy with his band, the Expressions, bringing the crowd to a collective groove. Following Lee Fields, Toots and the Maytals offered reggae-righteous rhythms to the crowd, who accepted the funky-chill vibes with relish, groove-bop-moving to the hip sounds of an old-school master.
