America's Cup Sounds of San Francisco series wraps with four final shows

With the America's Cup Finals just around the corner, the world's greatest yachting spectacle is about to conclude its first ever residency in San Francisco, but that doesn't mean the show is over – no, not by a longshot. In addition to the remaining races, there are still plenty of events to enjoy, including the remaining four Dockers: Sounds of San Francisco shows at the America's Cup Pavilion on Piers 27/29. Tonight: Moheak Radio happy hour at the Noise Pop Up Shop features The Bye Bye Blackbirds and The Trophy Fire

The 2012 Noise Pop Up Shop calendar rolls right along with Moheak Radio's happy hour soiree this Thursday (7pm, $5, 18+). The four hour event will feature live sets from local groups The Bye Bye Blackbirds (8pm) and The Trophy Fire (9:30pm), as well as a DJ set by Moheak's own Mo Herms. A full bar and snacks will be available throughout the night, along with Pop Up Shop mainstays Soul Groove slinging their chicken and waffle sandwich goodness. Company Car CD Release This Saturday

San Francisco's Company Car will celebrate the release of their new album at Bottom of the Hill this Saturday, March 21. Company Car has been satisfying the Bay Area's craving for quality indie-punk-rock for years. The new music has all the classic elements, plus a few punctuated harmonies and some more melodic ballads. They're playing with two other great local bands, The Trophy Fire and Overview, as well as LA's Max and the Marginalized. The show starts at 9pm and costs $10.
