It could not be more appropriate that Grass Widow, with their jangly, disjointed pop and siren-like harmonies, would tour with London legends The Raincoats, who combine the whimsy of Melanie and Mo Tucker with the thrashy post-punk of bands like Kleenex/LiLiPUT and The Slits. The Raincoats were truly original, defying genres and famously influencing the likes of Kim Gordon and Kurt Cobain.
