Our friends at Wiretap Music are celebrating the release of Covers, their new local music compilation, tonight at Cafe du Nord. This two-disc comp features one disc of covers and one of originals from lots of great local bands - but it's even cooler because they cover each other! Wiretap Music Anniversary Party This Saturday at Thee Parkside

In an incredible opportunity for a local band, The Lovely Public will be opening for British post-punk pioneers Wire tonight at The Fillmore.
