It's hard to believe that Oakland's Burger Boogaloo is a decade old. The raucous, two-day festival held at Mosswood Park in Oakland is full of punk spirit, oddballs, and as always, the venerable, self-declared pope of trash himself, John Waters. Held in the middle of summer festival season, Burger Boogaloo is a welcome staple for all of its gratifying eccentricities, electrifying headliners, local food vendors, and merchants.
