Attention fellow Berkeley residents (and Bay Area music fans in general): there's a new music venue soon to be within our city limits in April, and it's called The Back Room. Hailed to be an "intimate place for music," the downtown space off University Ave is the brainchild of musician Sam Rudin, who fell in love with the classic Freight & Salvage space and wanted to model a new venue after it.
