Wiretap Music presents Love Inks, Here Come the Saviours, Spiro Agnew at the Hemlock 5/21/11
This Saturday, May 21st, Wiretap Music presents two local bands and one band from Austin at the Hemlock (9:30 pm, $7, 21+). Spiro Agnew (album release, You've Been Set Up) and Here Come the Saviours open for out-of-towners Love Inks, making for an evening full of guitar-led electronica, shoegaze, and minimalist pop, respectively. Additionally, for those keeping watch, Spiro Agnew are changing their name and will be known as What Model Citizens following the conclusion of Saturday's show. Saturday at the Rickshaw: My First Earthquake, The Dont’s, Spiro Agnew, Phantom Kicks
True to their mantra ("Sweet Sounds from the Bay"), the Deli SF powers-that-be have lined up four solid bands to play at the Rickshaw Stop this Saturday, September 4th (8:00 pm, $10/advance, $12/door). My First Earthquake - "Neon for You" The Dont's - "Which Side You're On (The Pirate Song)" Phantom Kicks - "Eyes Familiar" My First Earthquake, The Dont's, Spiro Agnew, and Phantom Kicks will all convene amongst the rickshaws, along with a DJ set from H.A. Eugene (Business 80). Saturday's set will also serve as Spiro Agnew's official album release (OH What Model Citizens We Be, available via [...]
