The square block, which is home to the historical Cesar Chavez Plaza, was flipped to host the one-day festival which featured GRAMMY-award winning artist Miguel, Jessie Reyez, Tierra Whack, Masego, and much more on two separate stages. Sol Blume announces full lineup for 2019

Sacramento-based music festival Sol Blume is back for its second year bringing the city top names in R&B, soul, and hip-hop music. This one-day, multi-stage event will take place Saturday, April 27 at the heart of downtown Sacramento inside the Cesar Chavez Plaza. This year's lineup is headlined by Grammy Award-winner Miguel which will be his second time performing in the city since 2012!
