Snob Theater says goodbye, final show June 22, 2012 at The Dark Room

Snob Theater, San Francisco's best (and only?) indie music and comedy night, is taking an extended hiatus after a two-year residency at The Dark Room. Booked and hosted by local comedian Shawn Robbins, the event places local music groups and comedians onstage with hilarious results. For the grand finale on June 22nd, Robbins has procured an "all-star" lineup of long time supporters, with a slew of surprise guests promised as well. Snob Theater at SF Sketchfest, January 31, 2012

Local music-and-comedy show Snob Theater is hosting a night of laughs on January 31st at the Eureka Theater for this year's SF Sketchfest. Produced and hosted by San Francisco comedian Shawn Robbins, Snob Theater places indie rock bands and comedians onstage together with intriguing results. San Francisco's own indie rock group Still Flyin' are the musical guest (fun fact: two of the band's songs were recently played on The Office "Pool Party" episode). Snob Theater, the newly-introduced bridge between indie music and comedy, is scheduled to return this Thursday Friday, May 14th at the Dark Room, as presented and hosted by Kata Rokkar.
