Sleep Spindles is a band from the Central Valley comprised of Celso Carrasco, Nick Diamante, and Evan Santa Elena. They play a dreamy, ambient style of alternative rock that reminds me a lot of Juturna-era Circa Survive, that's just as haunting as the name Sleep Spindles would imply. Evan's casual and melodic vocals float over Celso's angular guitar work, and if it weren't for Nick's drumming and the catchy choruses it would be really easy to get lost in all the sounds, but the song writing holds it together.
