As a last hurrah before they take a break from live shows, San Jose’s San Francesca will be powering down with a performance at Brick and Mortar this Thursday, 5/16/13 with Religious Girls and Split Screens. The show comes as an informal farewell before they take time off from playing to work on a new record. Canadian indie collective Rah Rah will be performing on Friday, November 30th at Thee Parkside in San Francisco with San Francesca, Travis Hayes, and Ashley Allred (of Odd Bird). Rah Rah is an alt-pop sextet from Regina, Saskatchewan. The Rock Hop Halloween! featuring San Francesca, Hell & Lula and more, 10/28/12

The Rock Hop, a bi-monthly concert series at San Jose's Art Boutiki, is pulling out all the stops for a Halloween edition. San Jose's San Francesca have a new album out on Side With Us Records called We Live In Public, and they've just dropped this video for the album cut "USSR" — exclusively on the Bay Bridged.
