(photo: Ben Einstein) Oakland's Rubber Tramp return with their second EP — a genuine rock and roll affair called Desert Tramp, and a record release party this Friday at Bottom of the Hill in San Francisco. Zak Mandel-Romann, formerly of Tumbleweed Wanderers, has put together a supergroup consisting of Vandella's Tracey Holland, and (among others) former Tumbleweeds that now play in Con Brio and King Dream.
