Push The Feeling is throwing its last dance party of the year this Saturday night. If you're still standing after The Bay Brewed, head over to the Lower Haight's Underground SF and vibe to some deep house jams courtesy of San Francisco locals C.L.A.W.S. and Roche. Roche will perform a live set, while C.L.A.W.S. will provide a headlining DJ set alongside residents epicsauce and YR SKULL. C.L.A.W.S. is San Francisco's Brian Hook, drummer for Bronze and organizer of discontinued dance parties Gentleman's Techno and OK Hole. 100% Silk showcase at Neck of the Woods with Magic Touch & Coyote Clean Up
100% Silk has been killing the dancefloor game this year, in case you haven't noticed. Two of the label's fastest rising artists, LA's Magic Touch and Detroit's Coyote Clean Up, are making their way down the California Coast this weekend. To kick off the mini tour, Professional Fans will present a 100% Silk Label Showcase at Neck of the Woods this Friday, featuring the two artists. Haçeteria celebrates third anniversary with Sapphire Slows
Haçeteria is celebrating its third anniversary this Friday at Balançoire with an international lineup of artists and DJs from Not Not Fun and 100% Silk. Sapphire Slows will headline with a live personal appearance, plus 100% Silk DJs sets from Magic Touch and the Bay Area's own Bobby Browser and Roche. Tokyo-based singer/producer Sapphire Slows will release her new album Allegoria on November 5 via Not Not Fun. "Rules" is the latest track off that album, and you can sample it below. Push The Feeling is back at Underground SF this Friday with a DJ set from LA Vampires and a live performance by Roche. As usual, founding residents epicsauce and YR SKULL will DJ the event. San Francisco producer Ben Winans, a.k.a. Roche, released two 12" EPs at the tail end of 2012.
