Magic Bullets hit the stage Friday night in support of LA lo-fi outfit No Age at the Great American Music Hall. The Bullets' sound borrows a bit from British crooner Morrissey -- seemingly whistful and longing yet remaining bright and upbeat. It was an excellent way to get the night started off. The boys played a brisk set comprised of new and old songs, and they also mentioned a new album out some time in the near future which hopefully will see the light of day before too long.
