Poly Varghese (photo: Ria Burman) Poly Varghese, accompanied by two hand drummers and a fiddle player, enchanted the Back Room last Sunday afternoon with some serious mohan veena playing. The modified Hawaiian guitar has 20 strings, which was created by Grammy Award winner Vishwa Mohan Bhatt, from whom Poly learned how to play the instrument.
