Last Fall, lo-fi indie rock and roll pioneers the Pixies surprised everybody when they announced a brief, four-stop "pre-tour" limited to small California clubs. As they approach the midpoint in their venture, the band has officially announced that it will end (almost) where the tour began. The second weekend of December will see the four-piece veteran band hanging out for no less than three Bay Area shows.
