Photos: Passion Pit at the Fox Theater
Passion Pit (photo: Robert Alleyne) Passion Pit delivered an evening of joyful music on Monday, January 29 at Oakland’s Fox Theater. Joined by Courtship and Neil Frances, all three bands were in high spirits — each band building on the energy left in the room from the previous performance. Courtship entertained with a playful cover of Outkast’s "Hey Ya," and Passion Pit’s Michael Angelakos was dancing, jumping, and partying on stage as if he didn't realize it was Monday night. Passion Pit pulled out the classics, voices were raised, and their positive, effervescent spirit quickly transmitted to the crowd for an energizing [...]
Giveaway: Passion Pit kicks off Halloween weekend at the Masonic
While Passion Pit may not be the first band you may think of when it comes to the annual fall holiday, it makes sense if you think about it. Having seen Passion Pit a few times, [...]

Passion Pit - "Sleepyhead (Wallpaper. remix)" Having tickled Passion Pit's fancy to an utmost degree, Wallpaper. were recently invited to remix "The Reeling," off the band's almost-released Manners (May 19 on Frenchkiss). About the remix, WP's Eric Frederic said, "the song has fantastic call and response vocals with a children's choir. [...]
