Bay Bridged photographer Charlie Homo is bar none one of the best music photogs in the business, so we're excited for the launch of his new photo cooperative Partisan Photos. Partisan's first exhibition, Encore, showcases highlights from its founders' rich archives and it starts tonight at Hotel Biron (7-10pm, free).
