San Francisco's Rue '66, who claim to be the City's "only authentic '60s French yé yé band" will headline a throwback to the '60s at Neck of the Woods with Portland bands The Satin Chaps and Paradise. The band was formed in 2010 when two UCSF library employees with a love of '60s French music joined forces with Carol Pott, a French speaker who was a singing musette with an accordion player.
