In the spirit of giving back, 24 bands of Oakland's finest post-punk, experimental noise rock, and beyond are throwing a three-day benefit soiree at The Night Light, beginning tonight. Three-day passes are available online for a minimum donation of $20, while door prices range between $8 and $12. 100% of proceeds from each day's admission funds will directly fund two socially charged topics in today's politicized landscape: the Standing Rock Medic + Healer Council, madew up of the healers and watchers of the water protectors who are protesting the completion of the Dakota Access Pipeline.
