My Second Surprise is the project of Israeli-born Ayal Nistor, who lived in Britain for a time and eventually settled here in San Francisco. My Second Surprise began as a solo project before morphing into an ensemble of sorts, featuring a rotating cast of musicians. Nistor's current line up includes guitarist Burton Li, trumpeter/keyboardist Danny Cao, drummer Bob Mills, and bassist Tim Vickers. All members lend vocal support as well.
