Video: Lumerians – "Life without Skin"

The song is a mutating piece of heady psych rock, while the visuals offer some surprisingly affecting suspense. The High Frontier comes out on August 6th and the band is performing in Oakland with Clipd Beaks and 3 Leafs this Saturday night.

Lumerians share "Dogon Genesis" off of upcoming LP, due to be released 8/6/2013

The space rock wanderers of Lumerians are suited up and nearly ready for the August 6th release of their sophomore LP, The High Frontier. Having already dropped the record's first single in the form of "Bloom," the band recently released a second track from the album, titled "Dogon Genesis." While the song is lifted out of the atmosphere by a lazer-like opener and a ringing keyboard organ mid-section, it remains firmly anchored to earth with gritty guitar riffs, offering a six-minute sonic experience that bridges retro and futuristic sounds.
