The way high-quality filming has met with music in recent years is really astonishing -- take this video by art and design magazine The Black Harbour. One of Black Harbour's local collaborators Michael Jeter has done some great work on neighborhood subjects, including this beautiful live recording of San Francisco experimental folk group The Lickets.
