The Depot has been rounding up some rad lineups as of late, and the next installment is no exception -- baroque pop composer Jacco Gardner is bringing his psychedelic rock and roll tunes to the San Francisco State staple Thursday, October 3rd, along with local outfits Black Cobra Vipers and Talk of Shamans, as well as the New York's own jangle pop act  Free Time. Its super free and super early, so skip out on happy hour and head south to SF State. Video: Jacco Gardner – "Chameleon"

Dutch psych-pop songwriter Jacco Gardner never made it to SF when he came to the US to promote Cabinet of Curiosities earlier this year, a sad fact that'll thankfully be remedied in a few months. Gardner's debut LP arrived on Trouble In Mind -- a clear sign of quality confirmed by the record's lush, colorful songs. On his upcoming US tour, he'll be bringing his band to The Depot at SFSU on October 3rd and The Chapel on October 5th.
