Indie Mart turns 5, celebrates at Thee Parkside Sunday 8/19/12

Indie Mart, one-time winner of the "Best Nomadic Hipster Flea Market & Party" in the Bay, is now in its fifth year. To celebrate, they're having a music and shopping extravaganza on Wisconsin Street just outside of Thee Parkside this Sunday, 8/19/12. Over 100 vendors are scheduled to attend, so if you're in the market for anything from a pulled pork sandwich to a new necklace from a local indie designer, you can probably find it here. Holiday shoppers: Indie Mart this Saturday

Then I remembered Indie Mart is this Saturday (5pm, $2), and now I'm a lot less worried about finding unique and locally inspired holiday presents. Don't worry for the weather, Indie Mart will be housed at The Independent and will have refreshments and DJs to accompany your purchasing pursuits. More information regarding the event's details can be found on their web site, and we advise timely attendance to avoid the crowds!

The Indie Mart returns to The Independent this Sunday, [...]
