Dangermaker release new EP ‘Light The Dark II’

San Francisco pop-rock outfit Dangermaker is about to finish what they started. Last September, the band released the first half of their EP Light The Dark. In September they brought you part two, and the sequel in this case is as good as the original. Opener "Disappear" channels The Cult's early glam days, "In Vain" showcases hooky '80s synths and a huge vocal melody, and "Never Go Back" rounds it all out with a Killers-like crescendo, featuring a driving beat and chanting chorus that falls somewhere between heartsick yearning and undaunted resilience. Eyes on the Shore premiere “Kids on the Run” video, play Slim’s

The versatile Eyes On The Shore are premiering their new video, "Kids on the Run," right here on The Bay Bridged. A dizzying loop of shape and form, the video took a little bit of elbow grease to produce: the band was first shot in silhouette, then, for the next six months, the animation was created to give the video its finished, like-an-old-iPod-commercial-but-trippier effect. Live 105’s BFD 2015 lineup abounds with local independent acts

  Live 105 bills itself as "The Bay Area's Alternative," and the radio station is living up to this title with its BFD 2015 lineup, which was announced this morning. Headlined by indie rock stalwarts Modest Mouse, Icelandic indie-folkers Of Monsters And Men, and indie-pop act Panic! At The Disco, and with main stage support from the likes of Cold War Kids and Atlas Genius, BFD 2015 will also feature a host of local independent bands playing three of the festival's four stages on June 6 at Shoreline Amphitheatre.
