Oakland's Dom Devareaux has been making music for the last 13 years before releasing his first real album, The Dreaming Rose Project in 2013, followed by an album entitled Be God, released last month. In an era where it's easy to release hip hop but difficult to sift through the noise, Devareaux stands out with his combination of well-crafted and unique beats and a maturity you don't often find among relativelty unknown rappers.
