Converse Rubber Tracks to offer free studio time at Different Fur

As a band, recording is an essential tool in getting music out to ears everywhere. But it can also be a bit of an expense. Not so with Converse Rubber Tracks and their traveling brigade of recording accessibility aficionados: For one week this month, they will be hosting free recording sessions at the locally beloved Different Fur Studios, and you can be a part of it. Converse Rubber Tracks offering free recording time for Bay Area bands

Hey Bay Area bands, you have until May 20th to apply for free recording time courtesy of Converse Rubber Tracks. The shoe company's pop-up recording studio concept began in New York, but it's now heading to Different Fur for a month of free recording time for local bands from May 20th to June 15th. It's a sweet deal made even sweeter by the catch-free terms: "You will own the music you create, but Converse may ask you for the right to use it." Everyone knows that recording costs are no joke.
