With so much talent packed into nine counties, there's an endless array of entertainment available for your ears, no matter the genre you prefer. Not only are we lucky to surrounded by great artists during these days of shelter-in-place-induced boredom, we're lucky to still be able to patronize the craft breweries in the community to, well, drink the hours away. Blanket the Homeless releases new record at the Independent

Blanket The Homeless Record Cover In these turbulent times of friction and fire, it’s nice to see truly good work being done on a large scale in the Bay Area. Blanket The Homeless, a non-profit organization started by Ken Newman, provides both literal blankets to homeless folks alongside necessities like toiletries, socks, first-aid supplies, and other essential items. Ben Morrison’s “Old Technology,” new show

Fans of the Brothers Comatose,  brace yourselves for "Old Technology," the new track is the latest from singer/guitarist Ben Morrison. Additionally, Morrison will be performing a solo show at Bottom of the Hill as a part of the 2019 Noise Pop festival on Saturday, March 2. In November 2018, Morrison wrapped up a successful Kickstarter campaign, raising more than two and a half times a goal of $10,000 to fund his solo debut.
