Folk rock duo the Dodos just released another one-off single, “The Atlantic.” The track starts with sweetly melodic folksy guitar picking with that signature Dodos percussive backbone, which quickly grows with Logan Kroeber’s drums that pound like a heartbeat alongside glowing synth infusions that altogether gives this song a different feel than some of their other tunes. This comes after March’s other single, “The Surface,” which has more of those folk-pop feels.

The Dodos just wrapped up their East Coast tour this month and we’re ready for them to return to San Francisco stages.
