BottleRock Presents
Listen, we are not going to name names, but we’ve heard from a lot of you over the years that the North Bay is “just too far” to go for a concert.

We beg to differ — even if you’re all the way in the South Bay, it’s worth the trip if only for the jaw-dropping scenery. But if you still refuse, you’re in luck: the North Bay is coming to you with August Hall‘s lineup of BottleRock Presents, running at SF Weekly’s Best New Venue in advance of Napa’s flagship festival.

On tap for San Francisco is an enticing blend of known names and rising talent in the rock world. Freshman indie pop powerhouses lovelytheband kicks things off on the 22nd, followed by rock-radio veterans Neon Trees on the 23rd. Fans of loud riffs and a well-loved pair of Chuck Taylors will be all in for Against Me!, who are teaming up with up-and-coming punks the Regrettes. And you don’t even have to leave city limits for any of it. You’ll be missing out on the food, the wine, and headliners like Neil Young and Pharrell Williams, but these three nights make a good introductory course to the Bay’s first big festival of the season.
