Celebratory drinks are in order for Mission-based online radio station BFF.fm, who will be turning five years old on Saturday, September 1. The festivities will go on for one week, from Friday, August 31 to September 7.

August 31: Party at Bar Fluxus featuring BFF.fm DJs and friends

September 7: Close out their birthday bash at Off the Grid inside the Fort Mason Center with DJ Cosmic Amanda, Love Jerks, and more TBA.

In addition, BFF.fm will be building a mini radio station in the window of Artist’s Television Access on Valencia Street. You can catch special live radio shows there throughout the whole month of September.

BFF.fm was founded back in 2013 by Cosmic Amanda, AKA Amanda Guest, which has brought together a growing community of different views and music tastes all in one central place. The programming ranges from TV discussions to “femme and non-binary jams for the unwashed masses” to Radical Advice by licensed psychotherapist Lily Sloane.
