Supporting the Hold Steady, San Diego surf-chill rockers the Donkeys brought a solid set of sand-daze, beach-haze vibes to Great American Music Hall Friday night. Offering tracks from their new album, Sun Damaged Youth, the Donkeys warmed the crowd up with a mix of feel good sways crescendo-ing into a rock-wailing good time.
