Made up of two musicians with deep roots in the local music scene, Billy & Dolly is a glammy-but-gritty rock and roll project from Bill Rousseau and Dahlia Gallin Ramirez. They’ve been around for a while, but their new LP, Five Suns, is a blast to a glittery late-’70s past. Today, Five Suns hits streaming.
