King Willow
It’s not a coincidence that King Willow‘s “Settled” sounds like a drinking song. The central theme of the song is not having your shit together. Everyone feels like they’re not doing this whole “life” thing right, and they’re the only one who hasn’t mastered the art of contentment. Trust King Willow: The person sitting next to you doesn’t have any idea what path they’re on, either.

Sisters Amanda and Julianna Salguero packed all of humanity’s most widespread insecurities into one incredibly singable song, performed which we captured at The Lost Church last month. The chorus is pretty easy to pick up, so if you catch them live, sing along. We can guarantee you won’t be the only one. You can do so at Rickshaw Stop later this month.
