I don’t mean to alarm you all, but tomorrow is Thanksgiving. After that, we dive headfirst into the holiday season and all the chaos that comes with it. While there will be myriad opportunities to do some good over the next few weeks, we’re willing to bet none are quite as fun as our Holiday Fundraiser.

You may or may not know that The Bay Bridged is a nonprofit. You likely do know, however, that we’re focused on supporting local music in the Bay Area, helping it thrive in a social landscape that currently leans a little more toward industry than art. We put our blood, sweat, and tears (in some cases, literally) into highlighting great Bay Area music on the blog and at events like our flagship festival, Phono del Sol. But blood, sweat, and tears aren’t enough sometimes. That’s where money comes in.

We’re hosting a night of beer, banter, and BBQ at Standard Deviant in San Francisco next month. It’s free with an RSVP, and just a $10 donation gets you a drink on the house. Come hang with Bay Bridged staff and help produce even more great digital and real-world work in 2018. We’ve got DJ Danny Gloverrr, and fod available from Sneaky’s BBQ. All you have to do is donate and drink a beer, on us.
