Next week, Saint Pé (aka Ian Saint Pé) brings his particular brand of southern rock to Brick & Mortar Music Hall.
Saint Pé played for years with Atlanta’s Black Lips before moving to Nashville and creating new songs that sounds inspired by classic rock, his southern roots, and, to my ears, people like Bob Dylan and Creedence Clearwater Revival. Saint Pé has earned his music credentials through his endless years of touring, and after releasing the debut for this project, Fixed Focus in April 2017, he is hitting the road once again.
This show is not to be missed, especially because he will be joined by Midnight Snaxxx and Valley Boy. Midnight Snaxxx are based out of Oakland and have already put out two tightly-knit punk rock tracks this month: “No Time to Spend” and “Chew on This.” Brick & Mortar Music Hall is an intimate venue for any genre, but these rock bands will blow the roof off the place.
