Frak is a Bay Area MC whose style weaves between humorous and reflective. His mixtape Bagels was named one of SF Weekly’s top local hip-hop albums, getting over 150,000 plays online. He has done rap battles around the Bay and on platforms such as King of the Dot and Battle of the Zae.
Last Wednesday, Frak dropped the music video for his song “Draymond,” an ode to his hometown that captures Draymond Green’s spirit during the Warriors playoff run. This is the fourth video single off of Frak’s upcoming album, and after only one day it had racked up over 15,000 views. The video displays Frak’s anthemic love for his hometown, and shows off his obvious skill as a rapper and producer.
Check out the video and keep an eye out for the upcoming album. We can expect big things from Frak.
