Download: Live This Month: January 2017 (Podcast #399)

In Live This Month, we sample some of the great local and out-of-town bands performing in the coming month in the San Francisco Bay Area.

When it comes to concerts, January is starting 2017 off strong, with a whole bunch of great shows happening locally over the coming month. Oakland prog-inspired band Once & Future Band is celebrating a new album, as is SF singer-songwriter Mark Eitzel. We’ve also included songs from locals The Sunset Shipwrecks, Russell E. L. Butler, Sarah Bethe Nelson, and Richie Cunning. Worth noting: Nelson and Cunning are performing at a couple of important benefit shows in January. In the mix, we also sample songs from a newly reissued album from Dear Nora, Tim Presley‘s first solo LP, and Pink Mountaintops, who are performing at a stacked all-day concert in Felton, near Santa Cruz.

Enjoy the podcast and then go see some concerts!
