Hamilton Ulmer, the man with the vision behind Oakland’s art-pop group Makeunder, has announced the first pressing of the EP, Great Headless Blank, on vinyl on October 14.

One of the tracks on the EP, titled “What A Lovely Bandsaw!” has been remixed by Nate Brenner of tUnE-yArDs, possibly more recognizable as Naytronix. The remix premiered via Clash two weeks ago, attributing “a uniquely visual property that arrives laced in superlative color” to the track. The original track, Ulmer reveals, is about the day his family sold all of the belongings of his deceased father in order to prep the home for the market. Give it a spin below:
