Fresh off their debut album ACT ONE, duo Marian Hill took to the stage last Sunday night, September 25, 2016, to a very enthusiastic and sold out crowd at the Fillmore. Singer Samantha Gongol said that it was the biggest crowd that they had played to so far on their tour. They performed fan favorites as well as a haunting cover of Whitney Houston’s “I Wanna Dance with Somebody.” Newer songs were mixed in with the old ones and seems to be fitting well for the band, their ever-expanding fan base took in each song with passion.

Shaed kicked things off that night along with VÉRITÉ, providing a good mixture of fast and slow numbers and worth checking out for anyone that was into the headliner, an opener worth showing up on time to for a show. Check out the great gallery of all the bands from the night from our photographer Robert Alleyne.
