The Roaring Camp, located deep in the Santa Cruz Mountain town of Felton, welcomes the third installment of Santa Cruz Mountain Sol Festival back for two days, Friday and Saturday, September 17 and 18.
For SCMS 2016, festival producers Pulse Productions have opted to structure each of the two days around a specific theme.
On Saturday, attendees can expect to be treated to a rambunctious “mountain” music format of Mike Love, Steve Kimock, G. Love & Special Sauce, and Edward Sharpe and The Magnetic Zeros.
On Sunday, treat yourself to the “sol” music funk of Katdelic, The Pimps of Joytime, Sheila E., Ozomatli, and the legendary sounds of George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic.
Music starts at 11:45am each day and will run until sunset, or about 7:00pm.
Single-day passes are available for $65, or you can get the two-day pass for $115. Single-day youth tickets for children aged 11 to 17 tickets are available for $25 with the purchase of an adult ticket.
