Our 6th annual Phono del Sol Music and Food Festival is only over a month away (have you bought your tickets yet?) and while the festivities only last from 12PM-7PM on July 9th, this year you can enjoy some taste of Phono BEFORE the festival and AFTER!
Along with our best line-up yet (which features Chairlift, Alvvays, Born Ruffians, Mr Little Jeans and more), we’ll be bringing our official Phono del Sol Pre-Parties and After-Party! Scroll down for more information.
Phono del Sol Pre-Parties
Don’t want to wait until the festival to start celebrating? All good! Come get a taste (but just a taste) of Phono del Sol 2016 at one of our two Pre-Parties taking place on both sides of the Bay! RSVP to one (or both) of our Pre-Parties here.
THE BAY BRIDGED and OPTICAL UNDERGROUND PRESENT
The Oakland-based musician dropped his debut release Nashville Dreams/Sings The Blues late last year and garnered attention from Pitchfork, Impose Magazine and Noisey.
Dick Stusso will be performing solo at Optical Underground for this event that will showcase his strong songwriting and ineffable lo-fi sound.

THE BAY BRIDGED and 25TH STREET RECORDING PRESENT
Coming from the release of their debut LP Neapolitan last year, the band was featured on a CMJ playlist last fall, performed at Noise Pop 2016, and recently had their song featured in a video with Tony Hawk. They even played our 10 Year Anniversary party at Rickshaw Stop earlier this year!
They’ll be playing a special broken down and personal set at 25th Street Recording that you don’t want to miss!
