Independently self-reliant jam band giants moe. will be returning to the Bay Area for two very special shows in celebration of their recent 25th anniversary.

The first, on Saturday April 9, will be an all-out sonic assault at The Fillmore Theater. At only $1 for a ticket and with the promise of the show being recorded for a special live album, the show sold out quickly. The second show, on Sunday April 10, is further down the Bay, as moe. play Moe’s Alley in Santa Cruz for the first time in 17 years. Given the intimate nature of the venue, the two-set show is billed as a special acoustic performance and also sold out quickly.

moe. embark on an eight-show run up the West coast today, beginning in Los Angeles and ending in Seattle on April 16. Following the run they will take some time off before returning to their 16th annual Summer Camp Music Festival in Chillicothe, IL, to kick off the summer festival season over Memorial Day weekend.
