The increasingly enigmatic and semi-anonymous Athens-based electronic pop duo Keep Shelly in Athens is currently on a North American tour with Different Sleep. The tour hits San Francisco’s Rickshaw Stop on Thursday, November 19 with Brooklyn-based pop trio Strange Names opening the all ages show.

This tour marks the Greek duo’s first Bay Area appearance since Keep Shelly In Athens’ original vocalist Sarah P. was replaced by a new singer, known simply as Myrtha, in March 2014. Producer and founder RPR has remained a constant since the project’s inception in chillwave-era 2010. The duo’s latest LP, Now I’m Ready, was released in October via Friends of Friends.

San Diego’s Different Sleep (a.k.a. producer Rafa Alvarez) offered up a remix of Now I’m Ready single “Benighted” ahead of their North American tour together. Check out the remix below.
