As Oakland’s Waterstrider prepares for a busy summer of shows, they just dropped a video for “Frayed”, their contribution to the OIM Records Compilation that we told you about late last month. Starring Kevn Tijerina and Waterstrider frontman Nate Salman (who has been known to show off dance moves in videos), the video was composed of 40,000 individual photos that were expertly stitched together by director Marta Dymek:

“Frayed” will be available June 23 on the OIM comp, while Waterstrider released their debut LP Nowhere Now in April. They’ll be touring the country with fellow Oaklanders Trails & Ways this summer starting with tomorrow’s OIM Records Residency show at Leo’s in Oakland.
