After a brief period of dormancy, Oaklander Ezra Furman is back at it. A few weeks ago he released the irresistibly bouncy “Restless Year,” and now he’s graced us with the audio for the doo-woppy “Lousy Connection.”
All this as a way of saying he’s got a new album, Perpetual Motion People, coming out on Bella Union July 10th.
Working with backing band The Boyfriends, Furman is currently prepping for a rather large European tour, where he’ll play the famous Roskilde Festival at the end of June and a date at the storied O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire in October.
